Tamil screens and Tamil message on payslips
Your office staff may be more at ease in Tamil. ContractPay screens come in English and Tamil. Use the one that is easy for you.
Payslips are printed in English. They also carry a short message line in Tamil. So the worker can read a few words in their own language.

What you get each month
Upload the client's attendance Excel, or type the days. The software checks for gaps and mistakes. Then you approve the month and the figures are locked.

The software makes the PF and ESI files. You upload them on the portals and pay there.
Your data stays in India

ContractPay keeps data on servers in Mumbai, India. Each customer's data is kept fully separate. Aadhaar numbers are shown masked on payslips.
You can also give each staff member their own login, with only the companies they handle.
