Workers who move from site to site
Workers do not always stay at one client. A worker may join one site, leave, and come back at another. Keeping track of this in Excel is hard.
ContractPay keeps each worker's bio-data, ID, bank and joining details in one place. You can find any worker by name, Aadhaar or ID.
When you add a new person, the software warns you if they may already be in your list. This helps stop the same worker from being added twice. You can also see who joined and who left each month.

Clients ask for papers before they release your payment. If one paper is late, your money is late too. ContractPay makes these papers from the month you approve.

The software makes the PF and ESI files. You upload them on the EPFO and ESIC portals and pay there.
Bill your client from the same numbers
Many agencies make salary in one sheet and the bill in another. Then the two do not match. The client finds the gap and holds the payment.
In ContractPay, the client bill is made from the same month's salary. It shows wages, your service charge and GST. Because both come from one set of figures, they agree.
